Dual-party confirmation

Confirm arrival and departure to protect worked hours.

Both the babysitter and the parent/guardian must independently confirm using the booking reference and PIN. A session's start time is the confirmed arrival of both parties; the end time is the confirmed departure of both parties. This protects the babysitter's pay, the family's booking, and gives Elite Traders Lounge a clear, timestamped record for any dispute.

Before the babysitter leaves the property: the parent/guardian and the babysitter should remind each other to confirm departure here, on the spot. It only takes a moment, and it's everyone's responsibility — the sooner both sides confirm, the sooner the 7-day payment review window can start.

It is kept as part of the booking record, seen only by the Elite Traders Lounge admin team, and helps back up a babysitter's account of where and when she arrived and left.
