Interview up to 3 candidates
Request an interview with up to 3 candidates per placement search. If you're not satisfied with any of them, ask a question or request another interview from the remaining pool.
Match, place & pay off-platform
Once you choose a candidate, our team confirms the match. The au pair's ongoing monthly stipend is paid directly by you to them — off-platform. Elite Traders Lounge never processes or splits this payment.
Not happy with the match? We'll replace them at no charge.
If the family is not happy with the placed au pair within 2 months of the match, they will be replaced at no charge with another verified candidate available on the platform — the family can choose from candidates they previously interviewed.

Registration and vetting are free for au pair candidates. Families pay a fee that reflects the real cost of vetting and matching. The au pair's ongoing stipend is a private arrangement between the family and the au pair, paid off-platform.
Charged once each time you submit a new placement search — not annual, not per candidate. Covers vetting, matching, and interview relay for that one search. Opening a separate placement request later means a new R1,999 fee for that new request. Non-refundable once the search opens.
